If you suspect that a shipment has become "lost in transit", please check with your local Post Office first as your parcel may be awaiting collection.
If the parcel is being delivered to a commercial address, please also check with any mailrooms, reception areas within the workplace in case the parcel is being held for you.
Before an investigation into lost in transit can commence, N3V have to allow 30 days from dispatch.
